As Vice President of Operations for the Nevada Hispanic Business Group, Stephany plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission through relationship-building, program development, and operational excellence.
With a strong background in business management and outreach, Stephany brings years of experience helping entrepreneurs thrive. Her work is rooted in service, fueled by her drive to create opportunities for others, and guided by a clear vision: to build a stronger, more connected business community.
Stephany is known for her high standards, creative problem-solving, and tireless dedication. She believes that meaningful change starts with action — and she works every day to empower others to rise, lead, and grow.
