(with an emphasis on “SOUL”), Ashley brings a holistic and heart-centered approach to everything she does, empowering others to transform their lives from the inside out.

A proud Las Vegas resident since 1993, Ashley’s journey of service began early through her involvement in youth leadership and church programs. Passionate about education, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Media Studies with a minor in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She went on to earn her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, specializing in Children, Youth, and Families.

Ashley has served as the owner and director of outpatient behavioral health facilities, where she’s worked extensively with underserved youth, transient populations, and individuals experiencing homelessness. Her experience in behavioral health fuels her belief that rehabilitation, access to resources, and consistent support are critical to helping people thrive and achieve long-term stability.

In 2018, she founded

LOVEE Inc.

, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to motivating, uplifting, valuing, educating, and empowering youth and women. Through mentorship, workshops, and personal development programming, Coach Ashley D creates safe spaces for growth and connection — especially for those who seek positive role models, community, and purpose.

Ashley is a self-proclaimed “professional listener” and proud servant leader. Her core values of integrity, compassion, resilience, and relationship-building are reflected in every project she leads and every life she touches. Whether working with clients one-on-one, leading a workshop, or hosting her Spanish radio show “Latinas Triunfadoras,” Ashley brings authenticity, empathy, and action.

As a mother and businesswoman, she embraces every season of life with strength and grace. Her guiding belief is simple yet powerful: everyone has a purpose — and with the right support, they can discover it, live it, and share it with the world.
