JAVIER H. SANCHEZ, CPCU, ARM

Javier Sanchez began his professional career in the investment industry as a licensed registered representative, where he developed an early foundation in financial services and client relationship. He went on to build a 20-year career in the insurance industry with two major national insurance companies, managing broad territories across multiple states in underwriting, marketing, compliance, and product management.

After two decades in the corporate insurance environment, Javier founded Black Mountain Insurance Advisors to pursue his entrepreneurial goals and provide business owners with a more personalized, relationship-driven approach to commercial insurance. He brings his broad industry experience to helping clients understand their risks and make informed insurance decisions.

In addition to leading his insurance brokerage, Javier is the founding Executive Director of the Nevada Hispanic Business Group.

A Henderson resident since 2002, Javier and his wife, Lydia, have raised their two children in the city they love and call home. Throughout his years in Henderson, Javier has remained actively involved in the community, volunteering with his local church and various nonprofit organizations.

Javier holds the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Cal Poly Pomona.
