Laura Nowlan is a devoted Christian, proud Latina entrepreneur, loving wife, mother of four, and a joyful grandmother. Rooted in her deep faith and love for her community, Laura calls Las Vegas, Nevada home. She serves as the Founder and President of See Us Now Staffing, Inc., leading with passion and purpose under the guidance of God, whom she honors as the true CEO of her life and business.

Laura began her journey in the staffing industry in Las Vegas in 2006, answering a divine calling that would later lead her to establish See Us Now Staffing in October 2014. Driven by the Holy Spirit and a mission to serve others, her leadership has helped provide over 1,000 individuals with meaningful, long-term employment—even through the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, See Us Now Staffing proudly offers services nationwide.

Shortly after launching her company, Laura co-founded the Nevada Hispanic Business Group (NVHBG) in January 2015, serving as its Volunteer Executive Director. The organization was built to unite Hispanic and non-Hispanic businesses through education, mentorship, advocacy, and community-building. In March 2025, Laura stepped into the role of President of the Board of Directors, reigniting the organization with a renewed vision to empower businesses and foster opportunity through collaboration and shared values.

A natural communicator and storyteller, Laura began her journey into media by launching her podcast, "Business Matters with Laura Nowlan," where she highlights small business owners, resources, and real-life issues impacting the entrepreneurial community. As she puts it: “We speak from the heart and shoot from the hip!”

With over three decades of experience, Laura brings deep expertise in recruiting, workforce development, marketing, B2B sales, and building high-performing teams. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, San Bernardino, and an Associate Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from San Bernardino Valley Community College.

Her work and community impact have earned national recognition, including a cover feature in the January 2020 SBA Resource Guide for Nevada, and in 2022, See Us Now Staffing, Inc. was honored as the Small Family-Owned Business of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
