Martha Cazares is a dynamic leader, seasoned real estate professional, and faith-based life coach with a heart for service and transformation. After successfully leading CAZA Realty as CEO since 2011, Martha has proudly joined Realty of America Franchise, bringing with her over two decades of expertise in the real estate industry since 2000.

She holds multiple real estate certifications and specializes in risk reduction, distressed properties, first-time homebuyers, and sustainable housing. Her passion for empowering others also led her to launch Martha’s Income Tax in 1994, where she served her community for more than 20 years in business, finance, and leadership.

In 2018, Martha became a certified life coach through the Brave Thinking Institute. Over the past five years, she has dedicated herself to helping individuals transform their lives and achieve their goals through faith-based coaching and personal development. She is also the founder of Martha Cazares LLC, where she integrates her experience in business and coaching to support others in living purposefully and successfully.

In 2014, Martha founded Mujeres de Excelencia, a women’s empowerment group that has since evolved to include men and couples, supporting entrepreneurs and families in growing together through faith, leadership, and love. Her commitment to spiritual and relational growth is a cornerstone of her mission.

Martha is an active member of several organizations, including NVHBG, NAHREP, Adonai Church LV, and ASFEDEJAL (a nonprofit cultural organization). She is also a past member of The River Christian Church and El Shaddai Church. In recognition of her contributions and value-driven work, she recently received an Honorary Degree in Philosophy and Humanities.

Above all, Martha is a woman of faith, deeply grateful for the blessing of her wonderful husband, their four children, and nine cherished grandchildren. Her life’s purpose is rooted in serving others with integrity, compassion, and unwavering belief in the power of transformation through faith.
