Rosa Lucero
Board Member
Rosa E. Lucero serves as a Business Relationship Manager and Vice President at Nevada State Bank, bringing more than 29 years of experience in the financial industry. A proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, she earned her Bachelor's degree in 1995 and has called Las Vegas home for over 31 years.
Known for her commitment to service, Rosa is passionate about giving back to her community. She currently serves as Secretary of the Nevada Hispanic Business Group and is a trustee for Olive Crest. She also volunteers her time with a variety of nonprofit organizations, contributing her leadership and expertise to causes close to her heart.
Outside of her professional and community roles, Rosa is a devoted wife and mother. She has been married for over 31 years and is the proud parent of three children.
With deep roots in Southern Nevada and a heart for service, Rosa continues to make a meaningful impact in both the business and nonprofit sectors.
